Seasonal When the snow flies, we roll out. Storm Lawn & Snow is gearing up for another Minnesota winter, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our snow removal team. We have openings for sidewalk crew members, de-ice truck operators, and loader operators . Snow removal isn't a typical 9-5 job. Storms can happen overnight, early in the morning, on weekends, and on holidays. When winter weather arrives, our customers are counting on us—and we're counting on our team to show up ready to work. If you don't mind an unpredictable schedule, enjoy working with equipment, and want the opportunity to make good money when winter weather hits, this could be a great fit. Positions Available Sidewalk Crew / Snowrator Operators Keep sidewalks, entrances, and pedestrian areas clear and safe using Snowrators, snow blowers, shovels, and other snow removal equipment. Previous experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train dependable people who are ready to work. De-Ice Truck Operators Operate company trucks equipped with liquid de-icing systems to treat commercial parking lots and driving areas before, during, and after winter weather events. Operators follow assigned routes and apply liquid de-icer safely and accurately to help prevent and control snow and ice accumulation. Previous experience with snow and ice management, route work, commercial driving, or similar equipment is preferred but not required. Training on our de-icing equipment and application procedures will be provided. Loader Operators Operate wheel loaders to clear, push, and stack snow at commercial properties. Previous loader or heavy-equipment operating experience is strongly preferred. •40 per hour Applicants with previous snow removal, de-icing, commercial driving, or heavy-equipment experience may qualify for the higher end of the applicable pay range. What to Expect This is seasonal, weather-dependent work . Hours are determined by snowfall and winter weather events, so there is no guaranteed weekly schedule. Snow and ice events may require: Early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays Working outdoors in snow, wind, cold, and changing winter conditions Extended shifts during larger or longer-duration storms Being available when a winter weather event occurs rather than working a set weekly schedule Dependability is extremely important. We are willing to train the right people. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.

Physical Requirements:

Employees may assist with any of the snow removal duties listed above as needed. Must be able to perform assigned duties, with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting up to 50 lbs., shoveling, bending, pushing, pulling, and working outdoors in winter conditions.
