Waseca, MN Schedule/Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Some weekend shifts required 24-40 hours per week, flexible up to 40 hours as needed

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive Pharmacist duties focused on long-term care Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations Provide patient counseling and education as necessary Maintain accurate documentation and records

Qualifications:
