POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the foreperson, the Motor Grader "Finish Blade Operator" should have the ability to balance a roadway prior to finish grade and final tolerance using bluetops and/or electronic blade controls. The Finish Blade Operator should be proficient at finish grading, including super curves, turn lanes, parking lots, and shoulder construction. On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews with the potential for advancement opportunities . This position is a full-time seasonal, working April/May through November (weather permitting). This position requires working overtime and some Saturdays. Local and regional travel opportunities are available.
