Creekside Lawn and Landscape is a growing snow removal, lawn care, landscaping and irrigation business, located in our own shop in Rosemount, Minnesota. Snow Equipment Operator Qualifications:

Our company is seeking experienced individuals to join our snow removal crew, those who are safety-conscious and caring, with significant experience in using skid steer and snow removal equipment. Each individual must be a good communicator and work well with others, as they will be directly involved in working alongside other crew members. Experience with snow removal is important. This individual may have an opportunity to work as an occasional liaison with customers while completing their tasks. Must have direct skid steer or loader equipment operation experience (at least 2+ season) Snow experience preferred but not required Will need to demonstrate skills at our shop, using our skid steer Must be available (with notice) for upcoming snow events.

•Notice provided at minimum of 24 hours in advance.

• Must be able to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license with clean driving record Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one Ability to pass a pre- employment drug test Responsibilities Skid steer and loader equipment and plow/bucket operation experience Ability to safely operate a pickup truck with an attached plow is a plus! Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Demonstrates high quality decision making Completes all required documentation of job status Proficient use all required technology, such as smartphone app for job tracking Additional Starting wage rates all based on experience.
