Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes, in construction or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment in accordance with company and MSHA safety standards. Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on machinery. Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material handling tasks. Communicate with site supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment preferred. Valid driver's license Strong attention to safety and detail. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
