What You'll Do:

Operate equipment like excavators, dozers, loaders, blades, haul trucks, and water trucks Work on a variety of projects including utilities, grading, and site prep Identify and avoid underground utilities before digging Adjust to changing job site conditions and solve problems as they come up Keep basic time and material records Travel from interstate highway to rural dirt roads from various locations Most importantly: look out for your crew and keep safety top of mind

What You Bring:

Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting Understanding of trenching and shoring basics Familiarity with materials (aggregates, load weights, etc.) Ability to follow instructions and communicate with your team Basic math skills for measurements and quantities A strong work ethic and willingness to adapt day-to-day
