Candidates must have experience operating asphalt rollers and working on road construction or paving projects.

Job Duties:

Operate roller equipment safely on asphalt paving projects Compact asphalt to proper specifications Work alongside paving crew to maintain smooth surfaces Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow all safety guidelines and site instructions

Requirements:

Previous roller operator or paving experience required Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation Dependable and ready to start immediately
