The ideal candidates will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation, materials handling, and warehouse management systems. This role involves operating cranes, forklifts, clamp trucks, and other heavy machinery to efficiently load, unload, and transport materials in outdoor settings. Candidates should possess excellent mechanical knowledge, OSHA compliance awareness, and the ability to work safely in outdoor conditions. Prior experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, and warehouse supervision is highly desirable. Duties Load and unload trucks efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are followed Handle materials with care during transportation across outdoor sites and within warehouse areas Assist with shipping & receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods Maintain safety standards according to OSHA regulations and company policies Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues Support warehouse supervision tasks as needed, including overseeing material movement and ensuring compliance with safety procedures Skills Proven experience operating forklifts in outdoor environments Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving processes Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and heavy equipment operation regulations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods Construction or materials handling background is a plus Warehouse supervisor experience is advantageous for leadership responsibilities Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery operation and maintenance This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment requiring precision, safety awareness, and physical stamina.
