• 25/hour DOE (Depending on Experience) We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Buck Hoist Operator to support a large commercial construction project.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe and efficient transportation of personnel and materials throughout the job site. Responsibilities Operate buck hoist/elevator equipment safely and efficiently Transport workers, tools, and materials throughout the project Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation Maintain communication with site supervision and crews regarding hoist operations Monitor load capacities and ensure compliance with safety standards Keep hoist areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Immediately report mechanical issues, safety concerns, or incidents Requirements Previous buck hoist or construction elevator operating experience required Strong understanding of construction site safety practices Ability to work 12-hour shifts in an active construction environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance OSHA 10 Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady hours and overtime potential Opportunity to work on a high-profile commercial construction project Weekly pay Supportive team environment with long-term opportunities for dependable employees
