Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as excavator, mini excavator, skid steer, dozer, track loader, wheel loader, roller, dump truck, and farm machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning, such as greasing machines, cleanin tracks, and daily fluid checks.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
  • Transport materials to and from construction sites using commercial driving techniques.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in operating heavy equipment such as machines listed above.
  • Commercial driving experience is preferred.
  • Expected to drive to job sites, drive to HF office to catch ride, or meet along the way to job site.
