What You'll Be Doing Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move and load aggregates Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow all safety protocols and site procedures Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Monitor material quality and report issues promptly What Are We Looking For Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care Strong commitment to safety and compliance standards Effective communication and teamwork skills Capability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and troubleshooting Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
