Salary Range:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry. Proficiency in using agency management software and standard office applications. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in person. Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain accurate and detailed client records within the agency management system.
