Excavator Operator needed! Alliance Construction LLC is looking for an experienced Excavator Operator for a job in Fargo, ND This is a temporary position lasting 2-6 weeks. Core Responsibilities- Operate Heavy Equipment, large excavators: Safely maneuver on assigned haul roads.
- Load Large Off-Road Haul Trucks safely and efficiently.
Machine Maintenance:
Perform daily "walk-around" safety checks. This includes greasing parts, checking fluid levels, fueling, and connecting hydraulic hoses.Safety Protocols:
Follow all safety rules to avoid hazards like other machinery, overhead hazards, and buildings, pole, fences, etc. Schedule 12 hour shift (6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am) 6 days on, 1 day off (Sunday) Job RequirementsEducation & Licensing:
High school diploma or GED.Physical Strength:
Ability to endure all weather conditions, constant bumps/jolts from the machinery, and demanding physical labor.Coordination:
Excellent hand, eye, and foot coordination to operate multiple pedals, levers, and computerized controls at the same time.Why Alliance Construction:
