$30 to $32 per hour Full-time, steady commercial and industrial construction work Paid for both driving time and on-site work All company travel expenses covered Hotel accommodations provided with one person per room Health insurance available after 60 days Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Nationwide hiring opportunity Opportunity to work across excavation, grading, concrete, and site-development activities Variety of projects throughout Nebraska, North Dakota, and the Midwest Why You'll Love It Here Spend more of your time doing skilled equipment work on active construction projects Take ownership of excavation, grading, site preparation, and equipment operations Work with multiple machines instead of being locked into one piece of equipment Bring your experience to commercial and industrial projects where productivity matters Join a crew that values operators who can work safely and independently Use both your Class A CDL and heavy equipment background in one role Take on more complex field responsibilities than a developing operator Your New Role Travel from Valley, Nebraska to commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Midwest Independently operate excavators, skid loaders, and reach forklifts Perform excavation, grading, site preparation, and material-handling work Support concrete construction and other commercial construction activities Drive company vehicles utilizing your Class A CDL Select and operate the appropriate equipment based on daily project needs Coordinate with supervisors and field crews to maintain production schedules Identify job-site and equipment safety concerns and follow company procedures Work in varying outdoor conditions across multiple project locations Use smartphone applications for communication, scheduling, and project documentation Support field operations from mobilization through project completion Work overtime as required by project schedules

Hiring Expectations:

Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions 5+ years of construction and heavy equipment operating experience preferred Strong excavator operating experience Strong skid loader operating experience Experience operating reach forklifts Demonstrated experience with excavation, grading, and site preparation Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred Concrete construction experience strongly preferred Ability to operate equipment with limited day-to-day supervision Ability and willingness to travel for assignments typically lasting 4 to 5 weeks Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools Strong safety awareness, dependability, and communication skills Dietzel Enterprises Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
