Job Description Drive and operate commercial trucks to transport materials, equipment, and crews Load, unload, and properly secure materials using approved tie-down procedures Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain driver logs Operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, and skid steers Assist with landscape construction and general job site duties as needed Use GPS and maps to plan efficient travel routes Report equipment condition using service and hazard reports Support snow and ice operations during winter months, including on-call work Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with all safety regulations Qualifications Valid CDL Class A driver's license in good standing Experience operating commercial vehicles and heavy equipment Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Reliable, team-oriented work ethic with schedule flexibility Why You Will Love Working Here You will work with people who respect your skills, invest in quality equipment, and value doing the job right the first time.
