Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Your expertise will help drive project success from start to finish, contributing to the development of infrastructure and commercial properties. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, paving machine , and other machinery safely and efficiently across multiple construction sites. Manage the operation of specialized vehicles including concrete mixers, front loader trucks, dump trucks Assist with site preparation activities such as grading, excavation, paving, loading/unloading materials, and site cleanup. Follow all safety protocols and construction regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines effectively. Skills Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators and paving machine , Construction site experience with an understanding of safety procedures and site protocols. Familiarity with paving is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Join us in building the future!
