wheel loader with a 12' snow pusher servicing commercial properties. We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating equipment in active commercial lots and understands efficient snow-pushing practices. This is not an entry-level equipment position.

wheel loader during snow events Clearing commercial parking lots efficiently and safely Properly stacking and relocating snow Working around parked vehicles, curbing, buildings, islands, and other obstacles Monitoring site conditions throughout storms Communicating with route management during events Performing basic pre/post-operation equipment checks Helping maintain a clean, professional finished product Ideal candidate: Previous wheel loader or heavy-equipment experience required Commercial snow-removal experience strongly preferred Comfortable working overnight, early morning, weekends, and holidays when weather requires Reliable and available for the duration of snow events Able to work independently without constant supervision Takes care of equipment Understands that snow removal requires flexibility — when it snows, we work This is a seasonal/on-call winter position with the potential for significant hours during active weather.
