(2026-27) SnowWorX is hiring experienced equipment operators to support our commercial snow and ice management operations throughout the Central Valley / Woodbury / Orange County, NY area . We're looking for qualified operators across several equipment types, allowing us to match team members with opportunities based on their experience and location. Positions Available Wheel Loader Specialist — Starting at $40/hour Skid Steer Specialist — Starting at $32/hour Sidewalk Machine Operator — Starting at $28/hour Why Work With SnowWorX? Competitive hourly rates based on position, equipment experience, and assignment Minimum 4-hour guaranteed pay Paid, mandatory Snow Boot Camp Work close to home whenever possible Professionally maintained snow removal equipment Professional dispatch and field support What You'll Do Operate assigned snow removal equipment at commercial properties. Clear parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, entrances, ramps, or other designated service areas depending on your assigned equipment. Perform basic equipment inspections before and after snow events. Maintain communication with dispatch and your Site Supervisor. Complete assigned work safely and efficiently while following company procedures. What We're Looking For Previous experience operating snow removal or similar equipment. Equipment experience appropriate to the position you're applying for. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation to your assigned job site. Smartphone for dispatch communication. Safety-minded, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Availability Snow events may occur during the day, overnight, on weekends, or holidays. Team members must be available when dispatched throughout the winter season.
