Insurance access after 31 days of employment Low-cost medical insurance (starting at ~$5/week) Dental and vision insurance options Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holiday pay Company-paid life insurance What You'll Do as an Experienced Backhoe Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator Operate a backhoe or shovel to dig for sewer, water, and gas line repairs or new installations Break concrete and prepare areas for digging Assist technicians with repair work on-site Backfill serviced areas, clean up, seed, and restore job sites Remove old sewer lines and check line flow before completing jobs Obtain customer approvals for work performed Maintain and fuel the service vehicle and ensure proper truck stocking Transport materials and tools and track tool usage Complete required documentation on services provided and handle any customer payments as needed
What You'll Bring:
2+ years of Heavy equipment operator experience Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work safely and efficiently on job sites
