In this role, you will operate and maintain heavy equipment to support a variety of construction and site preparation projects. Your work will directly contribute to the timely and accurate completion of jobs, ensuring that each site meets project specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities Operate a variety of equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, and backhoes, for both commercial and residential projects. Perform site prep, grading, trenching, and material handling with precision and safety. Conduct basic equipment inspections and maintenance to keep machines in top condition. Work closely with the owner and crew to ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standards. Be able to read and understand blueprints.
