Full Job Description Sanctuary Land Management, LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable Equipment Operator to help build one of Central Kentucky's premier land management companies. We specialize in forestry mulching, land clearing, fence row restoration, trail construction, right-of-way maintenance, and farm improvement projects. This is a career opportunity—not just another equipment operator position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, cares for equipment, and wants to grow with the company. Responsibilities Haul a
CAT 275 XE
Land Management machine and attachments to job sites. Safely operate forestry mulching equipment. Load and unload equipment on a gooseneck trailer. Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance. Grease, fuel, wash, and keep equipment exceptionally clean. Identify maintenance issues before they become expensive repairs. Work safely around customers, livestock, homes, and utilities. Communicate professionally with customers. Represent Sanctuary Land Management with honesty and integrity. Qualifications Experience operating skid steers, compact track loaders, excavators, dozers, or forestry equipment. Experience towing heavy equipment. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred). Clean driving record. Mechanically inclined. Able to work independently. Strong work ethic. Dependable and punctual. The Right Person We aren't looking for someone who simply runs a machine. Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
