The Role This is a hybrid role- part equipment operator, part landscape crew member. You'll run the skid steer for grading and site prep, then move into hands-on crew work (planting, pruning, general labor) the rest of the day. It's not a role where you sit in the machine all day everyday and never touch a plant, or vice versa
