Job Overview Base salary: $50,000 , plus bonus opportunities for meeting sales targets. Roto-Rooter Savannah/Hilton Head Full-time role supporting residential and commercial plumbing projects across Savannah and Hilton Head. Position Overview Full-time role , minimum 40 hours/week Mostly Monday-Friday; some overtime or flexible hours as needed Field-based work across our service area $50,000 base salary + sales bonuses Key Responsibilities Operate excavation equipment : mini‑excavators, backhoes, skid steers Dig trenches/access points for sewer, water, and plumbing projects Identify utilities, set grades, prep job sites Work safely around underground utilities Support plumbing crews during repairs/installs Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance Backfill, clean up, and restore job sites Communicate professionally with customers and team Assist with physical labor and help identify additional service needs Qualifications 5+ years excavation experience Skilled with mini‑excavators, backhoes, skid steers Strong safety and utility‑identification knowledge Plumbing or underground utility experience preferred Valid driver's license and insurable record Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented Benefits Health insurance after 30 days PTO and retirement plan after 90 days Company‑provided equipment Why Join Roto-Rooter?
