Lead Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Heavy Equipment Operator / Foreman to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who is highly skilled in excavation work and takes pride in running efficient, safe, and productive job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment for excavation, grading, and site preparation Lead and supervise a crew on job sites Plan and execute daily work activities to meet project timelines Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and grade stakes Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company standards Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in excavation and heavy equipment operation Strong knowledge of site work, grading, drainage, and utilities Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently High level of honesty and integrity Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
