Loader Backhoe Operator in the Caldwell, TX. area. Responsible for operating a Loader Backhoe, Operate Loader controls to lower and tilt bucket and drive forward to force bucket into bulk material. Essential Functions Move lever to raise and tilt bucket when filled or to dump material Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment Operate Other construction equipment as required Labor work as required Works closely with other crew members using hand signals to coordinate work and ensure safety Performs daily inspection and maintenance and ensures that the loader is in safe, proper working order including fluid checks and proper lubrication Reports to Supervisor when loader needs maintenance and repair Keeps loader clean and prepares equipment for transport on flatbed when needed Maintains orderliness, cleanliness and safety at job-site Work Environment Regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt. Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue and to effectively jump, sprint or throw an object. Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. Noise level is generally loud. Excellent stamina is required Required Education, Training And Experience Must have at least 2 years experience StandardREQUIRMENTS
