Available Benefits Help for . Pine Bluff Materials in Sivells Bend, Texas is currently recruiting Utility Labor / Loader Operators to join our operations team. Candidates selected for this role will report to the Sivells Bend location on a daily basis. Position Overview This position supports daily operations at our sand plant site. Team members will receive training on equipment operation, conveyor system maintenance, and general plant operations. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who are safety-minded, reliable, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including loaders, skid steers, and cable cranes (training provided)
Assist with routine maintenance on conveyor systems and other plant equipment
Support utility labor tasks across the plant, such as cleanup, material handling, and site upkeep
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and occasionally with the public
Contribute positively to a team-focused, cooperative work culture
Qualifications Required:
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Willingness to learn equipment operation and plant processes
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and following safety protocols. Preferred (but not required): Experience operating Front-End Loaders or Skid Steers.
Mechanical or equipment maintenance background.
