Proman Skilled Trades is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for projects in McKinney, TX. This position requires experience operating a mini excavator and performing trenching work.

Responsibilities:

Operate mini excavator safely and efficiently Perform trenching for utilities and site work Follow grade and depth requirements Work alongside crew members on active jobsite Maintain equipment and follow safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience operating a mini excavator Experience with trenching required Certifications preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation PPE required
