Champion Hydrovac is actively hiring Hydrovac Operators (CDL) and Swampers for utility, infrastructure, and data center projects across Texas & surrounding states. We are a fast-paced company with consistent work. We expect our crews to show up ready to work and keep production moving. Hydrovac Operators (CDL Required) Safely operate hydrovac truck for potholing, trenching, and daylighting Maintain production on job sites and work efficiently Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance Complete field tickets and communicate with supervisors and customers Follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

Valid CDL (required) Hydrovac or vac truck experience preferred Ability to work long hours, overtime, and travel as needed Must be dependable and safety-focused Swampers / Laborers Assist operator with hose work, spotting, and jobsite safety Support excavation work and maintain clean work areas Follow direction from operator and supervisor

Requirements:

Construction or labor experience preferred Must be reliable and willing to work long hours
