Job Description
Responsibilities Assist with asphalt paving, concrete pouring, pumping, and finishing tasks to meet project specifications. Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate equipment usage, rebar installation, and other civil infrastructure activities. Follow all safety regulations, including DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and site-specific safety protocols, to maintain a secure work environment. Support the setup and operation of paving equipment such as screeds and concrete pumps during project execution. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery, particularly paving equipment like rollers, screeds, loaders, and concrete mixers. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues effectively. Familiarity with asphalt paving processes involving bituminous materials and concrete work including pumping and finishing. Working knowledge of construction site safety regulations, including DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and safety protocol adherence. Ability to work on civil infrastructure projects involving rebar installation, concrete pouring, and site preparation. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety protocol adherence in fast-paced construction environments. Pay:
