This role is responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently while working closely with the crew to complete projects on time. Operate heavy equipment (mini-excavator, trencher, etc.) Perform trenching and excavation for gas line installation Work closely with the Foreman and crew to complete daily tasks Ensure proper depth, alignment, and job quality installation Assist with labor duties when equipment is not in use Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance Identify and avoid underground utilities (follow 811 markings) Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow all safety procedures and company standards Hiring requirements Driver License Experience operating heavy equipment (1-3+ years preferred) Ability to safely trench around utilities (VERY
