What You'll Be Doing Operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile materials safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliable operation Load trucks and feed plant equipment in alignment with production needs Maintain clean and organized work areas, including stockpiles and haul roads Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong awareness of surroundings with commitment to workplace safety Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team Dependable work ethic with attention to detail and quality Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and operational demands Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
