Job Duties:
This position reports directly to Ramsey Furniture Factory. Looking for an operations supervisor to lead our Furniture Factory production. In this role, you will have immense latitude to use your initiative and independent judgment to keep operations running smoothly. You will blend manufacturing expertise with strong leadership to oversee production schedules, maintain high-quality standards, and manage supply logistics. Crucially, you will act as a mentor and supervisor to an inmate workforce, providing technical training while ensuring strict adherence to safety and security protocols.

You'd be a GOOD fit if:

You have a high school diploma or GED. You have 18 months full-time, wage-earning experience in the manufacture or repair of furniture or cabinets OR 3 years of any production or manufacturing OR 30 college hours plus 1 year of any production or manufacturing.
