Equipment Operator Summary:
As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating Trackhoe, Dozer, Front End Loader, Skidsteer, Mulchers and other equipment as needed. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient use of equipment while maintaining high standards of worksite safety and environmental protection. Experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols is essential.
Responsibilities:
Operating Trackhoe, Dozer, Front End Loader, Skidsteer, Mulchers and other equipment as needed Perform land clearing, vegetation removal, and site prep tasks as directed Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site-specific protocols Report equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Work effectively as part of a team in varying terrain and weather conditions
Qualifications:
Certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus. Experience in operating heavy equipment, Dirt Work, tree removal and clearing Must be flexible and available to travel as needed Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred Strong knowledge of safety standards and best practices Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions Physical ability to lift, bend, and work long hours on rugged terrain High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment:
Outdoor job sites in various weather conditions. Physically demanding work requires lifting, bending, and climbing in some instances. Exposure to heavy machinery, loud noises, and potential hazards.
