Job Description

Carry out any duties to operate equipment for daily operations involving construction water and wastewater activities, street and sign maintenance, storm drainage, animal control and parks and recreation dept, assist water/sewer operator, inspection, preventive maintenance, repairs and maintenance of equipment, abide by all local, state and federal regulations, training of employees as requested by supervisor and safe handling, use and disposal of toxic materials.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent, 5+ years heavy equipment experience, valid driver's license, knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment, maintain safety of the work and environment, understand written and oral instructions, communicate effectively, good relationships with public, employees and upper management, working knowledge of street and road construction and be available for off-hour emergencies whenever necessary.
