Duties Operate construction machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and dump trucks to perform tasks including earthmoving, lifting, and material transportation. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Follow all equipment safety procedures and occupational safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment. Assist with site preparation by managing heavy equipment operations including dozer, loader operation, and crane operation for lifting and positioning materials. Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and safety inspections. Collaborate with team members to coordinate the safe movement of materials and machinery across construction sites while adhering to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, backhoes, and dump trucks. Construction site experience with knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and routine maintenance procedures. Valid commercial driver's license with experience in commercial truck driving; certifications in crane operation are highly desirable. Familiarity with construction machinery maintenance practices and safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation. Ability to handle hand tools safely and efficiently during minor repairs or adjustments on-site.
