Job Description We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our crew. The ideal candidate has a strong operating background, isn't afraid to jump in and labor when the job calls for it, and shows up reliably every day ready to work. Responsibilities Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, and other heavy equipment on excavation and civil construction sites Perform general labor duties as needed, including hand digging, grading, pipe laying, and site cleanup Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and site markings Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow all job site safety protocols and procedures Work efficiently as part of a small, tight-knit crew Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on equipment operating experience Willingness and ability to perform manual labor when needed CDL preferred, but not required Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and ability to take direction Pay Depending on experience.
