Landscaping Ultimate Wisconsin Pay:

$25-$35/hour starting, based on experience Full-Time | Year-Round Work Ultimate Wisconsin is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our growing team. This is a year-round position for someone who is comfortable operating equipment, understands grading and excavation, and takes pride in producing quality work. This position involves a mix of landscape construction, excavation, site work, and winter snow removal. We are looking for someone who can work independently when needed, operate equipment safely and efficiently, and help keep projects moving.

Responsibilities include:

Operating skid steers and mini excavators Residential and commercial site grading Building limestone outcropping retaining walls Excavating and preparing sites for paver patios Excavating and preparing sites for concrete patios, sidewalks, driveways, and other flatwork Moving and grading soil, gravel, stone, and other materials Reading grades and establishing proper elevations and drainage Loading, unloading, and assisting with equipment and materials Performing general landscape construction and site-work duties as needed Winter snow removal using pickup trucks, skid steers, and other equipment Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite Taking care of company equipment and reporting maintenance concerns Experience is required. We are looking for someone with previous experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or similar construction/landscape equipment. Experience with grading, excavation, retaining walls, drainage, or hardscape construction is strongly preferred. Compensation $25-$35 per hour starting , depending on experience and ability. This is a full-time, year-round position . During the landscaping season, the position focuses on excavation, grading, retaining walls, and site work.
