Job Description

Sipsas Excavating is looking to add experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to our growing team. We are seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in quality work and have proven experience operating a variety of heavy equipment.
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, skid steers, and other related machinery Perform grading, pipelaying, and site preparation according to project plans Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently Conduct daily equipment inspections and top off any fluids Follow all safety procedures and job site regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience operating heavy equipment in excavation environments Ability to read and understand grades, plans, and job specifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience with Trimble Earthworks or GPS machine control is a plus, but not required
