$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dependable Apprentice Painter to join our residential painting team in the East Valley area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of painting experience who is eager to grow, learn, and eventually step into a lead role.

Pay Structure Starting Pay:

$18/hour to $20/hour

Pay Increase Opportunity:

Up to $25/hour after 90 days , based on: Quality of work Positive attitude Dependability and consistency Responsibilities Assist with residential painting projects Perform basic prep work (caulking, sanding, patching, etc.) Accurately mask and protect surfaces Keep the jobsite clean and organized at all times Brush and roll Take direction from lead painters and supervisors Maintain a positive and professional attitude on-site Requirements Minimum 3 years of residential painting experience Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Must be a non-smoker Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor Attention to detail and pride in your work Teachable and eager to learn and improve Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team On time Basic hand tools (masker, brushes, 5 in 1, razor blade, etc.) Benefits Competitive pay with performance-based raises Opportunity to advance into a Lead Painter role Consistent, full-time work Supportive team and positive work environment Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday Occasional weekends, if needed Work Location Multiple job sites throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief note about your experience and why you're interested in the role.
