Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
Schedules and coordinates meetings, calendars, and events Handling all incoming correspondence, face to face, email, phone Greet customers and clients, answer phones, and responds to general inquiries Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas Attend meetings and conferences as required Perform various administrative tasks as needed Budgets and expense reporting Ordering office suppliesQualifications:
Must have one year of executive assistant experience Highschool diploma or GED Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Multi-line phone/Fax experience is required Microsoft Suite skills required Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Bilingual Spanish is a HUGE plus (but not required)Pay:
