Compensation Position offers:

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Working Paint Foreman (Supervisor) who : A hardworking, reliable individual who doesn't stop until the job is done right. A professional motivated to go above and beyond to deliver excellence. Minimum 5 years of professionally trained residential painting experience and at least 2 years of manager/foreman experience. Proficiency in spraying techniques. Someone who is willing to perform heavy prep, paint, train the crew, and teach our proven painting methods to maintain our high standards on every project. Strong exterior and interior and residential painting background, preferably with experience in stucco housing. Takes pride in delivering top-tier, detailed work. Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all painting tasks. Collaborate effectively with the crew to ensure efficient project completion. Manage timelines and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Can create and follow detailed checklists and procure necessary materials, etc. Possess excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and address their needs professionally. Is ready to step onto the job site, learn our proven system, and lead projects to success. Aspires to grow and advance to higher leadership roles within our team. Valid AZ driver's license and clean DMV record and ability to pass a drug and background check. Availability for some extended hours to tackle big projects and step into a leadership role. Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week and some Saturdays as required. Join our positive working environment and be part of a great team that values your skills and contributions.
