Sanding Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, reliable Painter to complete interior and exterior painting projects at our assisted living community. This is a temporary, part-time position that will continue until the painting project is completed. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and is respectful of residents and staff.Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as needed. Paint interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and common areas. Paint exterior building surfaces and other designated outdoor areas. Protect furniture, flooring, landscaping, and surrounding surfaces during painting. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures and facility policies. Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Work respectfully in an occupied assisted living environment with minimal disruption to residents.Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience (interior and exterior). Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely use ladders and painting equipment.Employment Requirements:
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing: Criminal background clearance Pre-employment health screening Tuberculosis (TB) test/clearanceSchedule:
