Deliver direct care across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive services, and women's health. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans. Coordinate care with specialists, participate in quality initiatives, and supervise clinical staff. Maintain EMR documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and support organizational policies. Provide culturally competent care and work in a fast-paced environment, including on-call and extended hours. Qualifications include an MD/DO, completion of residency, board certification or eligibility, active licensure, and experience in primary care or FQHC settings preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Full-time or part-time roles offer a competitive salary, benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, CME, malpractice), and potential loan repayment assistance. The work is primarily in-person, with some travel between sites.
