- Coral Springs, FL Insta-Painting is growing and looking for a reliable, experienced Painter / Field Technician to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, take pride in their work, communicate well, and represent our company professionally while driving a company van. Compensation $50,000
- $60,000 per year Pay based on experience and skill level Pre-employment drug test required Background check required Full-time position Immediate start available Schedule Monday
- Friday 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM Responsibilities Complete small residential painting projects independently Perform touch-ups and punch list work Interior and exterior painting Paint deliveries and material pickups Conduct paint color sample applications and color presentations Drywall repairs and patching Operate airless sprayers and other painting equipment Brush and roller application Pick up and drop off tools and materials as needed Document work daily with photos and notes Submit daily reports through company apps Attend weekly company meetings Maintain a clean, organized company van Help keep company shop and storage areas organized Preferred Experience Residential painting Drywall repairs Airless spray equipment Pressure cleaning Roof washing / soft washing Popcorn ceiling removal Drywall texture matching Epoxy floor coatings (strong plus) Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Able to drive a company van Must be dependable and punctual Able to work without direct supervision Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and technology Strong communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to lift ladders, paint materials, and equipment Must be authorized to work in the United States What We're Looking For We're not just looking for a painter.
