Painter Roselyfe Management Gainesville, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Trim carpentry Drywall Plastering Airless paint spraying Brush painting Sanding Caulking Full Job Description Painter - Job Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Repair drywall damage, nail holes, cracks, and other surface imperfections prior to painting. Match paint colors and finishes as needed. Protect furniture, flooring, fixtures, and surrounding areas from paint and debris. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Perform touch-up painting in occupied and vacant units. Assist with apartment turns and unit renovations as needed. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies. Communicate effectively with maintenance staff, management, and residents. Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous residential or commercial painting experience preferred. Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Valid driver's license preferred.
