Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter Helper and be a vital part of transforming spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist experienced painters in preparing surfaces, handling tools, and applying paint across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality finishes that enhance the beauty and durability of various structures. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction painting while working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities Assist with surface preparation including sanding, drywall patching, caulking, and stucco application to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Support the application of paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless and conventional spray techniques), and other hand tools. Handle ladder use safely to reach high or hard-to-access areas during painting and maintenance tasks. Prepare construction painting surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming to meet project specifications. Follow safety regulations diligently by wearing appropriate respiratory protection and adhering to all safety protocols on-site. Interpret technical drawings and color samples to assist in accurate color matching and coating application. Assist with fixture installation, remodeling projects, and general handyman tasks as needed to support project completion. Requirements - no prior experiences needed
