JOB SUMMARY
The Painter is responsible for painting facilities and structures of the NCH Healthcare System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Other duties may be assigned. Paints parking lots and sidewalk curbing. Paints safety stripes on crosswalks and sidewalks. Remove rust, primes and paints handrails. Paints concrete floors in CEP and machine rooms. Paints exterior doors and door frames.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of High School or GED required. 1 year minimum preferred in a painting and/or building maintenance role.
Basic computer knowledge:
ability to operate a PC, create/save/print documents, input data
