In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint and coatings to a variety of commercial structures, including office buildings, industrial facilities, and renovation projects. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly through cleaning, sanding, drywall repair, caulking, and surface priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint using various techniques including brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (conventional and airless), and construction spray painting to achieve smooth, even finishes Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment safely and effectively to access different areas of the project site Perform coating applications on structural elements such as steel beams, stucco exteriors, drywall surfaces, and industrial components with precision and attention to detail Maintain safety regulations by wearing respiratory protection, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members Qualifications Proven experience in commercial or construction painting environments with a strong understanding of surface preparation and coating application techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless systems), brushes, rollers, and scaffolding safely Experience with construction site safety regulations including respiratory protection and hazard awareness Ability to perform ladder work safely for elevated surfaces or hard-to-reach areas Experience working with drywall, stucco, caulking, renovation projects, industrial painting applications, fixture installation or remodeling is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely while maintaining a focus on quality workmanship Join our team, we value skilled professionals committed to safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
