Overview We are seeking three skilled and motivated painters to join our team. Candidates must be able to work at a high pace, have a minimum of three years of professional residential interior and exterior painting experience . The ideal candidates take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, communicate well, and can work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, protecting customers' property, applying paint, and maintaining a clean and safe job site. We are looking for dependable professionals who can operate a spray gun, cut, roll, prep, complete projects from start to finish while consistently meeting our standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and patching holes or cracks. Protect furniture, floors, landscaping, and surrounding surfaces before painting. Apply primers, paints, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Cut clean lines and produce consistent coverage and professional finishes. Work efficiently at a fast pace while maintaining quality and safety. Complete residential interior and exterior painting projects independently and as part of a team. Perform minor drywall repairs and basic carpentry as needed. Safely use ladders, tools, and painting equipment. Keep job sites organized and clean equipment after use. Communicate progress, material needs, and project concerns to the supervisor. Complete touch-ups and final inspections to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience Minimum of 3 years interior & exterior residential experience verified. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Proficiency in residential painting techniques and materials. 3 years interior & exterior painting. Experience operating spray equipment effectively. Knowledge of caulking techniques. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
