This contract opportunity seeks healthcare professionals skilled as Respiratory TherapistsRegistered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and experienced Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) are encouraged to apply.

Key Schedule Information:

Night shifts 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each

Responsibilities:

Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders under physician direction Operate and monitor medical equipment, including ventilators and oxygen delivery devices Conduct diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies, ensuring critical support Educate patients and families regarding respiratory therapy plans and home care Maintain detailed treatment records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care

Qualifications Desired:

Current licensure or certification as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT preferred; CRTs with strong experience considered) Active credentials and certifications relevant to respiratory therapy practice Previous acute care or hospital experience valued Proficiency in handling respiratory equipment and emergency response protocols Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care This role offers the chance to work alongside skilled professionals and deliver vital care to individuals who need it most.
